Police used a spike belt to stop a man who fled at double the speed limit from Kingston to Trenton overnight.
Quinte West OPP said they got a call from Kingston police, who were investigating a domestic incident and asking for help.
The male suspect was reportedly speeding down Highway 401 at over 200 kilometres an hour.
OPP said they used a spike belt at the Glen Miller Road overpass in Trenton, which stopped the vehicle a kilometre down the road.
He was arrested after a "high-risk take down" and turned over to Kingston police.
There were no injuries or damage to any vehicles reported.
