    The quarterback, who plays for the New York Giants, is best known for winning the Most Valuable Player award in Super Bowl XLII. Although the team didn't do well in 2010, Manning still managed to post a career high in touchdown passes.

  • Who: Alicia Keys
    Birthday: January 25

    The mom, who gave birth to a boy last year, still has a red hot career at 30. Keys released an album this year, embarked on a four-city tour and is set to co-produce a Broadway play this month. She also won two Grammys this year, was nominated for two Billboard Awards and a BRIT award.

    Birthday: January 28

    The actor's career is still going strong after his epic role in 'Lord of the Rings.' Wood currently appears in the dark comedy series 'Wilfred' and will reprise his role in 'The Hobbit' films to be released in 2012 and 2013.

    The former party-girl socialite never really made positive headlines, but her career is taking a nosedive. Her reality show, 'The World According to Paris,' was cancelled after the first season. However, she did manage to complete her year-long probation this year for a 2010 drug arrest.

    The actor's career is going steady after starring in the drama '50/50', in which he won a Hollywood Film festival award this year for his role. He will also appear in Christopher Nolan's 'The Dark Knight Rises' in 2012 and the Steven Spielberg film 'Lincoln'.

    The 'Black Swan' actress is doing very well at 30. Portman became a first-time mom this year, and was nominated and won a slew of awards including Academy Award, Teen Choice, Golden Globe, MTV Movie and Screen Actor's Guild. She also managed to appear in other films 'Thor' and 'Your Highness.'

    The actor's career seems to be spiking in his milestone year. He starred in the highly-successful film 'Captain America: The First Avenger', where he also won a 2011 Scream Award for his role. He was also nominated for a Teen Choice Award. He will also star in the 'The Avengers' in 2012.
