  • Separated at Birth? 50 stars who look similar

Most celebrities make it in Hollywood for their unique looks, undeniable talent and one-of-a kind style. They are often imitated and never duplicated. But there's a theory that everybody has a twin and that same theory rings true for some of Hollywood's most notable stars. CTVNews.ca's Latoya Williams lists 50 stars who look like other stars.

  • Who: Charlize Theron and Natalie Maines

These two blonde beauties share similar features. Stick a guitar in Academy Award winner Theron's hands and give her a microphone and one could mistake her for the lead singer of the 'Dixie Chicks' Natalie Maines.

  • Who: Eva Mendes and Cindy Crawford

Long dark hair, long legs and sex appeal make the actress and supermodel look like sisters. Plus, they both have that trademark facial mole.

  • Who: Josh Hartnett and Ashton Kutcher

Hartnett looks like he could be Kutcher's stunt double. Put a dark-haired, older woman on his arm and he could easily be mistaken for the 'Two and a Half Men' star.

  • Who: Aaron Rodgers and Jake Gyllenhaal

Green Bay Packers quarterback Rodgers looks more like Hollywood hottie Gyllenhaal more than his actress sister Maggie Gyllenhaal.

  • Who: America Ferrera and Jordin Sparks

'Ugly Betty' star America Ferrera and 'American Idol' winner Jordin Sparks look so much alike it's eerie. We're these two separated at birth?

  • Who: Elijah Wood and Daniel Radcliffe

If the 'Lord of the Rings' ever met 'Harry Potter' it would be difficult to tell who was who. These guys look so much alike they could swap roles and no one would ever be able to tell.

  • Who: Jessica Alba, Alicia Keys and Vanessa Minnillo

No, it's not the same person wearing different outfits. These talented ladies all have very similar features. If Alicia ever needs a stand-in for one her concerts Vanessa or Jessica would do just fine stepping in -- let's just hope one of the two can sing.

  • Who: Keira Knightley and Natalie Portman

These two actresses must have been separated at birth. They look so much alike that Knightley played the decoy Queen to Natalie Portman's Queen Amidala in 'Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace.'

  • Who: Kris Humphries and Taylor Lautner

If you added a few more inches to 'Twilight' star Lautner, stuck a basketball in his hands and put him right next to Kim Kardashian, many would confuse him with Kim Kardashian's hubby Kris Humphries.

  • Who: Mary-Kate Olsen and Michelle Pfeiffer

Even though there's a couple decades between these two, Pfeiffer could be an Olsen sister -- or a long-lost older aunt.
    AP/Joel Ryan/Eckehard Schulz
  • Who: Heath Ledger and Joseph Gordon-Levitt

Ledger may be gone, but if there ever are any plans for a 'Brokeback Mountain' sequel, Gordon-Levitt would be a good choice to replace the Austarlian actor.

Both of these funny men look eeirly similar. Makes you wonder if there's something they're not telling us.
    AP/Dan Steinberg/Cliff Owen

  • Who: Jamie Lee Curtis and Sigourney Weaver

Okay -- so these two must have been separated at birth. Either that or Weaver has an alter ego and dresses up and calls herself Jamie Lee Curtis when she's feeling wild and crazy.

  • Who: Tina Fey and Sarah Palin

We all got a huge laugh when Tina Fey impersonated Sarah Palin on 'Saturday Night Live', but she did it so well, we actually started to believe she was running for vice-president of the United States.

  • Who: Leelee Sobieski and Helen Hunt

Leelee Sobieski -- meet you in about 20 years or so. Sobieski and Hunt could pass as a mother and daughter celebrity team, but we checked -- no DNA between the two.
    AP/Peter Kramer/Mark J. Terrill
  • Who: Amy Smart and Peta Wilson

Hey Amy, we found your long lost twin sister and her name is Peta Wilson -- you may know of her, she plays Nikita in the television series 'La Femme Nikita.'
    AP/Dan Steinberg/Danny Moloshok
  • Who: Ray Romano and Zach Braff

Everybody loves Raymond...or is it Zach? Hard to tell with these two. Braff, best known for his role on 'Scrubs,' surely looks like a younger version of the comedian and former star of the television show 'Everybody Loves Raymond.'
    AP/Stuart Ramson/Peter Kramer

They kind of have matching last names, so if these lovely ladies are related we wouldn't be surprised. They're practically identical.
    AP/Jeff Christensen/Stephen Chernin

    AP/Chris Pizzello/Matt Sayles
  • Who: Sean Avery and Sam Worthington

One's an arrogant and gaffe-prone bad boy NHL hockey player and the other is a down-to-earth actor who plays a Na'vi/human in the 2009 blockbuster film 'Avatar.' Although they look similar, their personalities are in stark contrast.
    AP /Hans Pennink/Dan Steinberg
  • Who: Meryl Streep and Jennifer Ehle

These two lovely ladies have almost identical features. They're both highly acclaimed actresses, which may lead some to believe that Ehle may have been adopted.
    AP/Michel Spingler/Jonathan Short
  • Who: Gwyneth Paltrow and Mia Wasikowska

Wow! Wasikowska must be channeling her inner Gwyneth Paltrow because these stunning ladies look almost identical.
