    Celebrities are no strangers to flashy and extravagant things -- from decked out rides, to trendy gadgets -- the more dollar signs the better. But nothing says star power like bling and the pinnacle of bling in Tinsel Town is the engagement ring. It is said that 'love doesn't cost a thing', but in Hollywood, romance doesn't come cheap.
