NELSON Two skiers who'd been missing near the Kootenay Pass in southeast B.C. have been found safe.
The man and woman set out yesterday for a backcountry daytrip toward Ripple Ridge cabin at the summit of the Pass, but their car was still at the trailhead late yesterday afternoon.
Crews were unable to begin searching last night because of darkness.
Kimberley Search and Rescue manager Wendy Hetherington says searchers set out this morning and found the pair in good condition.
